Calling all bright sparks…

Even though there are risks associated with being on the ‘bleeding edge’, companies that encourage creativity achieve better business results than those that don’t. That’s according to an international study commissioned by Adobe and published this year.

The study, by Forrester Consulting, also found that such companies find it easier to attract and retain staff. Firms that foster creativity are 3,5 times more likely to achieve revenue growth of 10% or more than their peers.

A breakdown of the results was released by Adobe in this article.

David Wadhwani, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Digital Media Business Unit at Adobe, writes about how the company integrates creativity into its processes, and how a business can benefit from harnessing the creativity of all its employees.
