Most of my reading these days is non-fiction, and I’m always on the lookout for books on business leadership and marketing to add to my collection. There’s always something to be learned from the world’s greatest leaders and trainers.

Strategy+business contributor Theodore Kinni asked Marshall Goldsmith, top rated executive coach and author of Triggers: Creating Behavior That Lasts — Becoming the Person You Want to Be (Crown, 2015), to name a few of his recommendations. Interestingly, one of them is by Thich Nhat Hanh — The Miracle of Mindfulness: A Manual on Meditation, (Beacon Press, 1999). Seems to be a growing trend in business around the world: meditation making its way into the C-suite.
