Getting Your Team to Deal with Data
According to Harvard Business Review (HBR.com), people are either fearful or apathetic when it comes to data. This is not good news, as data (ie. ‘big data’) is an important part of every aspect of the marketing space going forward. HBR says “the best way for managers to help their direct reports grow more at ease with data is to lead by example”.
