Ad of the Week — Celebrating News
In my weekly column on Marklives.com (Africa’s premier site for marketers and advertisers) I select an ad or campaign that stands out from the crowd. This week the laurel wreath goes to Media24’s Ads24 — for its clever and eye-catching campaign promoting advertising on the print publications of mother company Naspers.
The hero of the campaign is ‘Adsman’, an Everyman character who fits in with every South African scenario — much as print is still very much a part of everyday life in SA.
